Return Window & Eligibility
- You may return unused, unopened OTC products in their original sterile packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- All packaging must be intact and unmarked for safety compliance.

Prescription‑only (Rx) items are final sale once shipped.
Custom or engraved items are non‑returnable. - How to Start a Return

Email customerservice@revmedx.com with your order # and item(s) you wish to return.

We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions.

Ship the product back in a sturdy box; write the RMA on the outside. Customers are responsible for return‑shipping costs.

Keep your return tracking number for reference.
Refunds
- Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll email approval and process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a RevMedx error.
Exchanges & Defects
Received the wrong or a defective item?
Email photos and your order # to customerservice@revmedx.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid label and ship replacements at no cost.
