Order Processing
- Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is queued for packing.

Back‑orders
If an item is out of stock, we’ll email you within 1 business day with options to split‑ship, hold the order, or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent from customerservice@revmedx.com when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to activate the link.
